Telles qu'elles project
This project, which was first entitled The Pride of Women with Disabilities, was born out of an urgent need to affirm our voice to reclaim, individually and collectively, our diversity and plenitude as women with disabilities. Speaking out could be achieved through different art forms. Thus, our project, Telles qu’elles (As We Are), was born!
Sylvie Baillargeon, from the Claire obscure company (www.claireobscure.com), came up with the name Telles qu’elles. Ms. Baillargeon is a woman with a disability, an artist, and the graphic designer who created our poster and our program.
